By creating an account or using any Wisely service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and JianBo Liu, trading as Wisely International (ABN: 50 902 109 432).
Wisely provides AI-powered productivity tools accessed via subscription or pay-per-use. The specific features available depend on your subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for: (a) maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials; (b) all activity that occurs under your account; (c) ensuring your use complies with applicable laws. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You may not share your account or transfer it to another person.
Subscription fees and wallet top-ups are charged in Australian dollars (AUD). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. All top-ups and subscription payments are final. No refunds for change of mind, unused balance, or expired credit, except where required by Australian Consumer Law. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
You agree not to: (a) use our services for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system; (c) transmit harmful, offensive, or infringing content; (d) reverse engineer or copy our software; (e) resell or redistribute our services without written permission. Violation may result in immediate account termination.
All intellectual property rights in our services, software, and content belong to JianBo Liu, trading as Wisely International, or our licensors. You retain ownership of content you create using our services. By using our services you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the services.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss of profit damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
You may terminate your account at any time through account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, with notice where reasonably practicable. Upon termination, your right to use our services ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature survive termination (including payment obligations, IP rights, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, unless you are a consumer entitled to bring proceedings in your local jurisdiction under Australian Consumer Law.
